Multiple languages and AI translation

Offering your menu in up to four of eight languages, and how "Complete with AI" works.

How languages work

Supported languages: Türkçe, English, Deutsch, العربية, Français, Español, Italiano and Русский.

Every text has a main language. In Settings → Menu languages, pick the main language from the dropdown and use "Add language" to enable extra ones. Up to 4 languages including the main one can be active; translations of a language you switch off are not deleted.

When extra languages are active, language tabs appear on the product, category, option and campaign forms.

If a translation is left empty, guests see the main-language text in that language; the menu is never blank. Arabic is shown right to left.

Dots on the tabs

  • Green dot: every field is filled in this language.
  • Orange dot: some fields are missing.
  • Empty ring: no translation in this language yet.

"Complete with AI"

  1. 1Write the text in the main-language tab.
  2. 2Click "Complete with AI" at the top right of the field group.
  3. 3AI fills in ONLY the empty translations; it never touches a translation you wrote or approved. The tab of the first filled language opens automatically.
  4. 4Review the translation, correct it if needed and click Save. No translation is published to the menu without saving.

Tip: To regenerate a translation, clear that field and click "Complete with AI" again.

What gets translated and what doesn't

  • Translated: product/category name and description, option and group names, campaign title, message and label, business description.
  • Never sent and never changed: price, discount, calories, preparation time, allergen information.
  • No translation is produced for a field that is empty in the main language; AI does not invent text.
  • Dish names (e.g. Adana Kebap) are kept, with a short explanation added when needed.

Troubleshooting

  • The button is missing: at least one menu language other than the main one must be active, and your plan must include AI translation.
  • "Not saved yet" warning: a language you just added in Settings must be saved first; translations only target saved languages.
  • "All languages are already filled": there is no empty field to fill. Clear a field to regenerate it.
  • "Took too long" or "service not responding": try again in a few seconds; temporary errors are retried once automatically.
  • "Could not generate language X": the other languages were filled; click again for the missing one.
